It was the worst experience ever. I took my car to their garage after it broke down, and they returned it to me with the engine dead. The owner told me to leave my Mercedes as part-payment for him—no shame. I raised a concern with Citizens Advice, but as usual, they didn’t help. The garage ended up costing me a repair for a dead engine. A complete rip-off, unprofessional, and they clearly don’t understand what they’re doing.

I had a five star service from this company today. The gentleman named Wyatt was professional with a tone of knowledge, polite and very friendly. He handled the job with care, and knowing that the car is my pride and joy he was very considerate and careful without wasting any time. Will highly recommend
