5 stars because I cant give 10! 🔥 After a shocking experience with another car body shop who completely took me for a ride horribly overcharging, not even doing the service and trying to cheat me out of thousands of dollars and effectively ruining the bodykit I bought - James and Cat saved the day. James and Cathie were very welcoming. Very respectful, generous people. They are happy to discuss any issues or concerns that you have. I have never needed a smash repairs before so their kindness was appreciated. Very happy to recommend and use them again in the future.
James and Cathie are both great to deal with. My car needed two new panels and a respray, and I had a long, drawn out process with my insurer, and they were responsive, supportive and professional throughout. The quote was fair, and repairs were completed to an excellent quality. I'll be singing their praises to anyone who needs a repair.
