I have been going to Terri Guido, PT and SCORE Physical Therapy for many years for several joint pain/dysfunction issues, as well as overuse trauma from physical activity. I've been a patient at SCORE PT over 30+ years for issues related to TMJ, CMC joint arthritis, cervical pain and dysfunction, and post ACL replacement rehab. Was getting some satisfaction from physical therapy for about a month, then had an injury which Terri didn’t take seriously as an actual injury, dismissing it as a neurological or physiological issue. I stopped seeing her in May of this year. Last week my credit card was charged $216 with no phone call or bill as explanation. I’ve called and left voicemail with no response from the practice. Disappointed at best.
I have had an exceptionally great experience with Score PT!! Terri is a remarkably knowledgeable and skilled PT who worked closely with me to address multiple issues with great success! Her staff is also great and the atmosphere is welcoming, warm and comfortable. My husband has also seen great benefits in working with her. I have heard many other clients say similar things about Terri and their experience at Score.
I had no idea what physical therapy was really suppressed to be until recently having surgery on my wrist. 2 years ago I had both knees replaced and went to Score for my therapy. I had no idea I was short changed at Score, until I started going to Momentum PT on Houghton, 2 years later. At Score I was rarely attended to by a therapist or an assistant.
