Scordio engages in illegal practices and intimidation tactics. Scordio is renovating a brownstone on my block in Manhattan. Without a permit, they have illegally blocked street parking across four buildings for months with their branded Scordio Const. orange and white barriers. They have no permits filed with the DOT to obstruct the sidewalk or street. We have worked with Scordio Construction and have had a great experience with them. We as a company that sells security doors and windows it is hard to find trustworthy contractors who can install such unique products. Scordio paid attention to all the details, knew what they were talking about, and communicated with us through the whole project. We highly recommend their service!
