Lagree is a fantastic workout! It never gets easier and is so much fun. I’m new to Asheville and Scorch is definitely the best part of my day! The instructors are excellent and each teacher brings their own vibe. I love it! I’ve taken almost every instructors class at the North and South studio. I’m highly impressed and hooked. Beth is crazy thoughtful and fun with her sequences, Helen brings her own vibe and intensity and Michaelyn kicks my butt every time. Just a few of my favorite teacher take aways :)
Farrell was a fantastic instructor. I'm familiar with the reformer, but this was a whole new world, and he took the time before class to explain the machine so I felt comfortable from the start. His cues throughout class were clear, encouraging, and easy to follow. It was a great workout, and I'll definitely be back!

Scorch is back! And better than ever! The new Woodfin location is great, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and the instructors are world-class! Anyone can benefit! Looking forward!
Scorch offers the best total body (and mind) workout I have ever done! And I have done them all. I am stronger than I have *ever* been and I owe it to the incredible instructors there. They create a very supportive and fun environment (and this is true of everyone who attends classes there as well). I encourage everyone I know to try it out just once. You'll get hooked!
