Love this place! I have been since day one of Scorch and I’ve loved every bit of it. The people the camaraderie the workouts and meeting new friends.
I made the change from orange theory to scorch with the hopes of adding more strength training to my workouts. I had no idea what a gem of a gym scorch would be and I am so happy I joined! The coaches here are unmatched and the workouts are great! They coach on form and are always able to provide modifications and substitutions. I appreciate that scorch offers flexibility on exercises when you’re working out with no judgement. 10/10 recommend! I’ve been going regularly to Scorch for over two years and I have definitely gotten in better shape and increased muscle mass and strength without bulking up.
Amazing workout & great results.The 9am class has such a friendly community and good music.
