Scope services contracts with Entergy under the ruse of providing a free smart thermostat. Once they send the technician out, the technician lies and states the corporate office will not allow them to install a thermostat because your AC unit is " not running correctly". We had our unit serviced two weeks ago and the blower motor replaced. Its reprehensible as a business to preform bait and switch practices.
Absolutely wonderful experience with the two gentlemen who came out for our energy assessment today in Port Deposit, MD! The head technician was extremely professional and informative and the technician he was training was great as well! Would HIGHLY recommend this team and are so glad they were assigned to our visit today! THANK YOU!!

Meter reader come flying into driveway, I live in the country, it's a good thing my animals weren't out or she would have hit them. Then backed into my grass instead of using the clearly available turn around and then drove into my wild flower garden. She needs more training on how to treat private property!
