They dont call back when they say they will
This place sucks
As a subcontractor of peco, they’ve come to my house on several occasions looking to check my gas lines that are apparently faulty. Each time they’ve realized that nothing is wrong and there’s no reason the system should be telling them to come here. This time around, their employee showed up completely unannounced, no appointment or anything, and decided to trespass through my entire property looking for the gas lines himself. Scope services contracts with Entergy under the ruse of providing a free smart thermostat. Once they send the technician out, the technician lies and states the corporate office will not allow them to install a thermostat because your AC unit is " not running correctly". We had our unit serviced two weeks ago and the blower motor replaced. Its reprehensible as a business to preform bait and switch practices.
Absolutely wonderful experience with the two gentlemen who came out for our energy assessment today in Port Deposit, MD! The head technician was extremely professional and informative and the technician he was training was great as well! Would HIGHLY recommend this team and are so glad they were assigned to our visit today! THANK YOU!!
