I had sudden back pain caused by twisting my lower back and Ian took time to listen and diagnose and explain. He gave me stretching exercises to do. Within a couple of days, the pain was 80% gone. I also told him about my recent issue of bowel incontinence. He explained and gave me some exercises to do. Within a few weeks I could see result. I am very happy with Ian and highly recommend him.
