Friendly staff with an experienced orthodontist, but I am not happy with a recent appointment. I took my son for a 'check-up' 12 months post braces. He was only asked "Are there any problems with your retainer?" and given a brief visual inspection. We were in and out the door in just a few minutes. I do not see how a $90 fee is appropriate for this.
My daughter has had bracers put on and I've been very happy with the quality and service.
Very disappointing experience at Scope. I was very clear about the treatment I wanted on my forms weeks before the appointment only to turn up and be told they did not agree to the treatment, which they could have done prior instead of charging me an exorbitant amount to have me come in and be rude. Very disappointing that Dr Ong is clearly driven by greed, not by the best health interests of her patients. The team did an incredible job of my daughter’s teeth, after 2 years of treatment and braces, they look incredible! Great communication from staff and all super friendly!
