While we didn't purchase our scooter from Scooterz NC, we did have it serviced there a few years ago, and were charged a fair price for the work done on it. Last night our scooter was stolen and the police asked us for the VIN, which we didn't have on hand. This business is good at milking every last penny out of you. i'm broke now thanks to a mistake they made. I brought my scooter in for an oil change and de-restriction service. Turns out my scooter was already de-restricted before but they offered to change my weights to increase my top speed. I test it out and my top speed is just under 25. Wow. It went 38-40 before.
