It all started well with Steve. He was responsive to my inquiry and picked up my scooter with a day. But it was all downhill from there. In the beginning, he would return my calls/texts with promises of getting to my bike and ultimately provide a list of needed parts. But then I stopped hearing from him. Fast forward to today and SIX months have gone by and he hasn't returned a call, email or text in months. It's a shame because I don't doubt this guy is a scooter wizard but sadly, he's massively unreliable and unresponsive.... read more
