With what I have heard from this place is a full scam, was about to take my bike there but thank God I didn’t, haven’t been here and never will, and if you thinking to go to this place think twice.
All of the 5 star reviews for ScootersMIA are completely fake. They were all written by the family and close friends of the owner, Oscar Medina. This is the worst scooter dealer in Miami!! I bought a scooter from Oscar Medina. The scooter broke down 2 days later and when I called Mr. Medina, he screamed at me through the phone. He refused to honor the warranty, refused to fix the scooter or offer some sort of compensation. He is pure scum. I lost hundreds of dollars and had to call his competitor to help me out. This dude is a total scam artist. Don’t give him your business unless you want to throw your money away and deal with a madman.
Very quick and efficient service. Definitely going to come back if I ever need help again.
