All staff was so friendly so professional. We paid $90 to have snowblower cleaned and serviced which included pick up and delivery. Fast foward one year later we paid $270. Compared each reciept side by side. Service was exactly the same. You be the judge..

Update: 3 years later I can confirm these guys are indeed the real deal. I recommend them to my dad who needed his mower fixed. They came and picked it up 5 days later, and returned it the next day. Everything fixed and completely reasonable price. Thank you!!! Scott has not yet done work for me, but he is a refreshing business owner. He knows the importance of treating people well and not taking advantage of them, or unfairly charging just to make profit.
Mark, at Small Engine Repair in East Longmeadow, did a fantastic job at a more than reasonable price on my Cub Cadet 42” riding mower. They replaced the starter, sharpened the blade, changed oil and filter, etc. He texted me Memorial Day morning to say it was ready for delivery. I will recommend Mark’s business to anyone.
