Have been a customer of Randy's for about 6 years. This winter we had our septic pump go out. Matt came out and accessed the system. We needed to replace the pump,after the pump was replaced, it was suggested that we wait till the ground thawed before they came back and plugged the system back in. All of a sudden we were told that they couldn't pull the wires thru the condit and something was going on. Kept getting the run around on connecting the electrical. Fast, friendly service with a smile on a -20 degree day!
Great service, fast response times and incredibly friendly to deal with. I had a plugged line and called on a Sunday and they had it cleaned out and good to go before lunch on Monday. Highly recommend, great service. They always take care of me and I appreciate it. Thanks Randy and Rick
