If you are a scooterist and you need work performed on your scooter or any motorsport vehicle, please be aware the ScootersPlus in Palm Bay may not be the place to get work performed. I recently was charged for a carburetor rebuild and it wasn't rebuilt. Cleaned maybe, but not rebuilt. When confronted, all the owner wanted to do was argue. Sad really. ALWAYS ASK FOR ALL REPLACED PARTS WHEN DEALING WITH THIS SHOP...or better yet... TAKE IT TO SOMEONE WHO WON'T TRY TO SCAM YOU. Scoot on....
Had my scooter repaired, and a tune up. The service was great, and the people were friendy. Would highly recomend other's to this great place. Look forward to doing business with this company again...
I have also attached another review by dogbettor because he very concisely explains the problems with this company. I recently had a similar experience with the son which will keep me from ever recommending or going back to this company. I took my scooter to them with the horn blowing intermittently when you started the machine. I was called and told that it was going to have to have a new ECM unit that would cost $425 (approx plus labor). While I thought this was high, I agreed to the price.
