I contacted Scooters of New Canaan to see if they could do a repair on a GoTrax scooter. They weren’t able to do the repair so they suggested I Smart Cycles in Norwalk. That cycle shop didn’t come up in my google searches, but I contacted them and they’re able to do the work! Not often you get a business to refer you to another, unsolicited. Very impressed!
Yesterday my scooter’s battery died. Even though the showroom was closed, the owner came over immediately to assist. If you are looking for a scooter or scooter maintenance I can’t think of a better business.

John did a great job getting my Mio to run again, and now it is like brand new. Great guy.
