Our experience was amazing, we were able to reserve a scooter in advance and it was delivered when they said it would be. It's was clean, charged and ready to go. The the young man who delivered the scooter was very friendly and knowledgeable he showed us everything we needed to know. We will be using them again.
If you are needing ADA mobilization while you are in Las Vegas the scooter store is the "BEST" mobilized rental for you, they also do delivery to your hotel and pick up. They are very punctual so all you have to do is enjoy your trip! Thanks again for making my trip enjoyable!!! Tod Mast
Having a scooter in LV was fabulous! They delivered the scooter right to the bell desk as we arrived and were there to pick up as we were leaving! Good communication and customer service and was better priced than other scooter rental companies near by.
Customer service was very helpful. My delivery driver was very good at explaining. How to take the scooter loose and put it back together. Delivery was on time, pickup was on time. It was a great experience. I look forward to reading from you guys again. Thank you so much.
