I’ve been renting in Las Vegas for scoot around for the last three years three times a year. I come for business. I’m gonna tell you my story this time I flew into Las Vegas On Wednesday night, took the scooter from the hotel to go exactly a half a block on the sidewalk scooter Stopped working I called customer service for assistance. I rented 2 Mobility Scooters from "Scooters Near You" in late June, and, despite the politeness of the women I talked to, the experience was a little bit of a hot mess from the beginning, although it was eventually rectified. After writing my initial Review, I received a sincere apologetic letter (from the owner?) and a more than fair nice compensation for my troubles. It was a very smooth rental process. They dropped it off and picked up at hotel. Communication up to pickup was very thorough. Scooter worked well the only issue I had was the battery had kind of a loose connection when charging but it still charged just had to make sure it was in correctly. Overall great experience and will definitely recommend or use again myself

Absolutely smooth rental process! They delivered to my resort on time, and they picked up at the end of the rental. Delivery and pick up included in price. Scooter was in good condition and the battery life was excellent. Overall good experience. Deal with confidence

I visited Las Vegas to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and rented a scooter from Scooters Near You Las Vegas. They were very friendly and accommodating when placing my order. They delivered the scooter to me promptly when I arrived and picked it back up from the hotel when I was leaving. Please note the hotel I stayed in when I arrived was not the same hotel from when I departed but they were gracious to come to a different hotel to collect the rental.
