I am very disappointed with my experience with this company, particularly the lack of response when I asked for an itemised account. I have also found that their products can be considerably more expensive than comparable products available from other suppliers.
Hired a knee scooter for 2 months, had a buckled wheel which was dangerous. Took it back once, Jason was very dismissive, didnt want to swap it over. So i persisted with it for another 2 weeks until i nearly fell off it, took it back again and had a shocking experience. Ended up leaving it there and leaving. No refund. Jason, you need to learn some customer service and empathy for your disabled customers!! If they tell you something is unsafe with your hire equipment, dont be so unhelpful.

My husband bought a secondhand scooter from them for $3945. He drove it home but it wouldn't fit in our lift, so we took it back. It was treated as a trade in and we got $3295 for it less than 24 hrs later. It had been driven from the showroom to home and back. So we had to buy a new scooter.
