I went in and first dealt with Matt, I asked so many questions, poor bloke, and he answered every single one of them, he was so good and I felt comfortable, just being in the store. I checked other stores, but didn't feel as comfortable. I came in again knowing exactly what I wanted and dealt with Emma she was awesome. I spoke to Darcy and Joanna (I think that was her name). I had a feeling of being a part of their family. Thank you to all of you. You all made my purchase an enjoyable experience.

Would appear it is too difficult to update any website with xmas opening hours. Perhaps people with mobility concerns don't need assistance over xmas and new year. Be proactive and update your website. Basic business principles

I rang the Biggera waters store on Friday afternoon, after I couldn’t get my scooter to work. I was lending it to a friend, who had just had achillies surgery. I can’t remember who I spoke to on the phone, but they were fantastic in trying to help me get it started. We worked out it was the battery, so organised to drop it off later that afternoon. Very poor after sales service. In my case, "mobility scooter", He doesn't return calls, and doesn't honour repairs.
