Customer Service is way beyond description from sales all the through delivery and back up. I would give them a 12 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase from them.
I had such a wonderful experience here. Dora made everything seamless and she is such a kind hearted woman. This is a family owned business and the service was top tier. They had a knee walker for rent as we couldn’t find rentals available elsewhere. Dora genuinely cared about our individual needs and went above and beyond with service. There is parking out the front but also parking out the back for those that cannot find parking out the front. I would highly recommend this place for rentals or purchases.
My husband Jim had a flat tyre repaired at Scooters & Mobility, George was very efficient and had it repaired very quickly, also very helpful with ongoing scooter advice great PR.Thank you George and Dora for all your help would certainly recommend your business.
