Cliff was incredibly helpful. I needed a knee scooter and he didn't have one at the time , but he called me as soon as he did and had it waiting for me in his driveway to pick up. Great service and reliability.

After 2 months of doing nothing, this ..... finally decided doing anything was too hard, and after repeated calls returned my paralysed mother's chair, without its battery charger, then attempted to charge for the privilege. He became extremely rude when disabused of that notion. By my ~80yo frail mother. He didn't even bother knocking, just dumped the chair where she had no hope to move it. I recommend deep consideration before dropping off this 'Cliff'.

Hired a wheelchair for 6 weeks, can't rate the service high enough. Cliff is a lovely bloke and was incredibly helpful. The pricing is great and I'll be recommending this company to anybody who requires mobility aids.

I tried to rent a mobility scooter and the whole process took way too many emails, way too many follows ups on my part, just to be ghosted by Cliff in the end with no rental. I wouldn’t count on being able to rent from this company.
