Where to begin? This has to be, by far, the least professional business I have ever had the (dis)pleasure of dealing with. Three weeks ago, I called them on a Saturday to inquire about servicing my Solista scooter and picking it up at my house (they are the only place who do it) and the woman said no problem, I will send you a text message tonight (they only do pick-ups on Mondays).
