I accidentally ordered at the wrong location. I was told I would get a refund in 3-5 business days, that did not happened but 12 days later I received a credit on my app for $1.41 and and bank refund for $ 8.49. Weird math for a $9.90 purchase. The lady named Kim who I correspondent with was nice enough but I don't think they care too much about their customers. The staff were very polite and professional about themselves. It drink I had was delicious too... I will absolutely be coming thru again!
Iced coffee drinks are way too sweet. I even asked for half sweetness/flavor the last 2 times, but still tasted like straight syrup.
All the other scooters in the area have been perfectly fine. This one is trash, they had no one in the drive through, and they still took forever.. that didnt really bother me, what did was they handed me my drink wrapped in a napkin and then told me it was leaking after I grabbed it... I didnt even bother trying to get them to fix it after waiting like 10 min. Didn't get to see the crew they had working until I was at the window, but the experience I had checked out.
