I recommend anyone buying a scooter in the Delaware and Maryland beaches area to make their purchase at Scooters by the Beach! Rick and Cheryl are helpful and responsive and made the purchasing process easy. My availability was spotty during the purchase process and they were flexible in accommodating my schedule both in-person and remotely when I was corresponding with them from home (in Maryland). I am very pleased with the scooter and look forward to a continued relationship with this great family business!
Rick and Cheryl were a pleasure to do business with. I couldn't find the mint green Vespa my wife wanted anywhere near us in the Philadelphia area, but they had it in stock and ready to go! I made the drive down to Rehoboth to check out the scooter in person in their charming shop with just enough (but not overwhelming) inventory. They had all the most desirable models and colors in the Vespa and Piaggio lines. My wife purchased a Vespa for me as a surprise gift and Rick and Cherly worked with her to get me exactly what I wanted. They also were in on the surprise and it worked. After the fact they were more than great about accessories and making sure we had everything we needed. Great business and folks, really know the product also, which is rare for a scooter store, thanks Cherly and Rick!
We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a Piaggio 150 and the amazing help we received with registration and overall experience, we came back and bought a Vespa 50. Love putten around town on these. Great experience with our purchases.
