I bought a 07 Cadillac from here, was told everything worked and it didn't. I brought the car home and went to have the transmission fluid checked and found that the frame was rusted out and really unsaved to drive. Call Austin and was told I bought as is. Now I have a car that I can't drive because it's unsafe. So please becareful so they don't get you like they did me. How can you run a car lot like this?
I held of on giving them a review in hopes that they were honest people. I purchased a 2014 JGC Summit from them on Aug 15th. The next day the check engine light came on. Had it read & took it directly back to Scooters. They had it for a few days then said it was fixed. I picked it up & that following day the light came on again with the same issues. Reached out and dropped it back off, they then had my truck for almost two weeks. Said they fixed the issue, the spark plugs, coils, and whatever else was replaced. Not even 24 ... read more
Great place, reliable and trustworthy. Management and mechanics actually care. Not overpriced like other places. you get the best quality service as well as good communication and they are never hard to reach. They are quick and efficient and get the job done right, highly recommend
