We had an oil change done with this place and 3 days later on Sunday woke up to oil all over my garage floor. I had my mechanic son in law come over and he said the plug was loose. We had to wait till Monday morning to take care of it, we went back to Scooters and they topped it off and nothing more. I showed him the pictures of the oil mess and he said to put cat litter on it. Ok for an oil change, don’t get anything else added. They are offering services that require additional work but don’t do those jobs. They rotated my tires but didn’t mention aligning or balancing the tires. Their own employees couldn’t agree if they do or don’t recommend alignments or balancing after a rotations. Regardless they never mentioned it.

Sadly Not so good. 3 yrs in a row went for inspection. Generally go for oil changes. This year all of a sudden they needed to “see” my odometer reading. All other years I told them my mileage. They wouldn’t complete it. Tried to tell me I had to have my cluster replaced in order to pass inspection.. meanwhile no other issues. I went elsewhere.. they read it with their tool and my inspection was done in 10. Also rude and interrupted me. I hope others don’t have this experience.
