I am a disability support worker, After having a very unpleasant experience at another store in shepparton, I gave these guys a call and they had the item we needed, we got there within 5 minutes and said item was ready waiting for us, my client had some questions about scooters and accessories and a gentlemen and woman both were to willing to help us. I highly recommend this store, we left feeling so good!
