Told me a price for a new tyre for my scooter over the phone and in person then went back and I bought the tyre of him and told him what size I needed got changed more then he said but then get home to realise that it's the wrong size he has given me not happy
Visited the Vic Park store on Saturday and the guy working there was so helpful, great customer service. I had a tyre that needed to go on the wheel from my E-Scooter and he fixed it on the spot. I also purchased some brake pads, and he knew the exact ones, really appreciate your help. I was also impressed with the great range, many on special so I will 100% go back to get my next E-Scotter. The service price was very reasonable, the service was super quick as well considering there was a huge amount of e scooters needing to be repaired I am very satisfied
