Not very helpful
I bought a $1500 scooter from scooteroo thinking I was investing in something reliable. Unfortunately, it's broken down not once, not twice, but seven times since I got it. To be fair, the team was helpful at first — the first six repairs were done free of charge. But today really disappointed me. I went in for a small issue — just a single metal nut — and was told I had to pay $88. Needed a quick repair and the guy at front told me it will be fixed by Monday by my surprise I get a call 1 hour later and he fixed mine even tho there was 13 scooter ahead of mine, the guy at front was super friends don’t remember his name but he was that leng broski at front curly hair n all that happy w my tyre repair at cheap price aswell
