4 days ago, we purchased a scooter through yr shop. .BIG MISTAKE. YR LOYALTY WAS IN RIPPING SOME ONE OFF TO MAKE MONEY NOT DISCLOSING AND BEEN HONEST THAT THE SCOOTER WAS NOT LEGAL.. sales person Nic encouraged us to buy a scooter at the cost of $2800 .this shop should be sued for been so dishonest stating that it is Australian made and all parts are readily available and yr store has the franchise that sells them in Australia..and it was good value for the money and how much better the tyres are .. I dropped off my E scooter five weeks ago and just got the message to pick it up now, with a message saying that my service had been completed. It was the latest much because apparently my tire was discontinued and it would take a while for it to get to the scooter shop according to the employee that I talked on the phone five days prior to my pick up but when I got there, none of the issues apart from the front tire had been fixed.
