Great service. I’ve just got there and they fixed my scooter imminently.
Helpful, happy, very respectful staff. I went in with a front wheel to get a new tyre fitted. When I went to a different scooter shop they like said if other jobs came in they would do them first. But Scooteroo were more then helpful. I needed my scooter asap as my car needed a new gearbox and I had no other way of getting round. I explained this to the man and that was at 4pm yesterday and I just got notified it was ready for pickup and it's 11.00am the next day.
