I had an unusual issue with my father's shoprider scooter, rang busy Travis he got back to me promptly, spoke with him over the phone, texted photos of the part and details, he was able to source and supply the part all within about 5 hours. He is a very nice professional gentleman who saved us grief, time and $$$. I highly recommend him, and we will be booking him for the next service soon. Absolute Legend.
