Terrible customer service, I requested a part almost a month ago and the part delivered was wrong, I tried to contact customer service and to return the item, never heard back from anyone and the return has been "pending approval" for almost a month now. updated review: Gabriel contacted me and made sure to fix the issue.
Gabriel has 5 star customer service, speaks English, explains financing options and is a patient employee. I went in person with inquries to purchase a scooter for my son. The process was quick and smooth. My son was able to purchase it himself and he was NOT over priced. Gabriel also returned a call during a day that the business was closed to assist my son with a concern about his product.
