The 5-star reviews are true, Rich is amazing! My rear tire blew and my Vespa was due for servicing, so I took it to Rich. He did a fantastic job. He went through everything in detail and took the time to explain all the work and even send multiple photos. He was extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of. I just got my scooter back today and it runs even better than new! Thanks Scooterdoc!!!

Rich at Scooter Doc in Pasadena deserves every bit of this 5-star review. I reached out to him about my Chelsea BMS scooter and within 24 hours he had already taken care of everything. He did a full tune-up, fixed a few minor cosmetic issues, and even discovered a broken vacuum line that could have turned into a bigger problem later on.
