I bought several items in the past from them but this time I ordered two parts, I only received one of them. Impossible to reach them to get the missing part but still got charged on my card. It’s frustrating as we needed it so the scooter works again.
best place to get scoot parts… absolutely amazing. Few hiccups with parts but they always made it right and made me happy. I asked for stickers in the order notes and they sent tons aswell !!! Great place 10/10
Customer service is always on calls and I haven't got a message back in 2days. Just waiting for them to respond to my emails.
