I just called for information for repairs to my mobility scooter. The lady didn't seem to want to help! No suggestions, nothing! She said that she had never heard of the brand name and didn't even bother to ask anyone else... like maybe the people who ACTUALLY DO THE REPAIRS... just told me she couldn't help! EDIT: Ohhh, i UNDERSTOOD YOU FROM THE JUMP! And you STILL chose not to listen to me or even offer suggestions of who might be able to assist!
I have a scooter that I use in public, which is large. It's a Victory model, and I have a small one that I use in my backyard. We have a quarter of an acre, and I need it to get around in the backyard. Both of them have been maintained by Las Vegas Scooters and Lifts, and every time I've brought it in, they've always been fast, efficient, and very easy to work with. I would recommend Las Vegas Scooters and Lifts to anybody who's thinking about getting a scooter or who needs scooter repair. DR Rawson
Now I know the difference between a mobility scooter and my son’s electric scooter. They both roll and have tires so I thought I would call and see if they had a tube the same size. Lady who answered was super rude and hung up cause she thought I wasn’t understanding what she was saying. By the way called another mobility scooter place and they knew exactly what I wanted and sold me a tube. Have some patience you might have a little more business
