Very happy with their service. Plumbers showed up on time and flushed the blocked sewer lines and also thawed the frozen pipes going to our laundry room. Guys are very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable too.
Not recommended. I called them 3 times to fix a clogged pipe that was causing backups in the showers. They CCTVed the pipes, flushed the main line, and I was told everytime that the issue is resolved. $1,400 and two sewage backups later, they could not figure out the problem. I finally had to call a more experienced plumber who was able to solve the issue in just a couple of hours. Team went above and beyond to help out with a blocked drain that was causing flooding. Would recommend Scooter Rooter to anyone!
Scooter Rooter was contracted by the City Of Ottawa to clean out all the fixtures and pipes in my house. The fixtures required cleaning as the city had just reconnected our supply line which flooded the system with sediment They left one of the supply valves for the vanity dripping, and as no one was home for the weekend it created a lot of damage to drywall and flooring in my living room below. Excellent, professional, honest and very fair service - exactly as it should be, and then some. TWO guys showed up to my house right on time at 8am. Ryan and John were professional, energetic, pleasant to interact with, and got to their work quickly. When done they took away all packaging and parts - left nothing at all behind them.
