My goal with starting Scooter Operations was to give people a safe, unique way to explore the city. Scooter rentals have been on the rise lately for urban settings, but safety features have not necessarily kept up. When I got into this business, safety was my number one priority. Too expensive for me! But I'm sure it's a great place if you have that kind of money!**UPDATED REVIEW**After receiving a quick response from the business, I've decided that my rating of one star was not fair. At the very least they deserve 3 if not 4 stars for great customer service! It would be great to see some e-bike conversion kits. A less expensive alternative.
If you are looking for a scooter for rental purposes then Scooter Operations is the best option. I rented the scooter for the whole day and it was very good experience working with Chris. Highly recommended..!!
I called asking for service explained what I needed done and there’s only response was you should just buy a new one off of Amazon what kind of service is that?
Chris was amazing, friendly, and understanding especially when my scooter had a countless number of problems. He was very responsive and flexible which is great and convenient for me as a college student. He picks up the scooter for me at GCU (Grand Canyon University) so that I do not have to worry about moving around my schedule. It is super great for college students especially when they do not know anyone out here.
Flat tire experts but tell me no to putting new tires on my e-scooter. Smh
