Just called in for a query. Was treated like a waste of time. Abyssmal customer service and thoroughly ignorant staff. Low and obsolete stock. Go and find literally any alternative shop and it will be better Good luck. The owner response below is a terrible attempt to minimise my complaint, don't trust this place.

This company is Friendly until they have your money. Then if you have a problem & you need help there is no customer service. Very poor when you are elderly & are treated like you do not matter. Stay clear please.

PLEASE DON’T GO HERE, THE OWNER AND STAFF ARE TERRIBLY RUDE, THEY INTIMATED AND STOOD OVER MY PARENTS. THIS STORE DOES NOT HONOUR IT’S WARRANTY AND WONT GIVE A REFUND WHEN THE PRODUCTS THEY SOLD WERE FAULTY. WILL BE TAKING ISSUE TO DEPARTMENT OF FAIR TRADING.
