My father had his Esteem Mobility scooter upgraded on the 21st of October. The customer service that he received from Ross was second to none. His knowledge and attention to detail was the same. The speed of which he was able to upgrade and service the scooter was quite surprisingly fast. I would highly recommend Ross from Scooter City to be able to help anybody if they were to enquire. Great job, thank you very much Ross.
Just called in for a query. Was treated like a waste of time. Abyssmal customer service and thoroughly ignorant staff. Low and obsolete stock. Go and find literally any alternative shop and it will be better Good luck. The owner response below is a terrible attempt to minimise my complaint, don't trust this place.
This company is Friendly until they have your money. Then if you have a problem & you need help there is no customer service. Very poor when you are elderly & are treated like you do not matter. Stay clear please.
