The team at Scooter Central are brilliant. My wife spoke to Sue over the phone and she was great, informing my wife what stock was available, and being open to a long chat about options. When we arrived in-person the following day there was lots to look at which helped compare one from another. Lorraine and Steve were patient, not-pushy and knowledgeable. I ordered a part from Scooter Central, it took three weeks to arrive, and they never contacted me about the delay. The item came in terrible packaging, rusty, clearly second-hand, and missing screws, making it impossible to install straight away. They only offer me as a solution, either pay for the screws and wait again, or return the part with a 20% restocking fee. Most other sites offer free returns. Terrible service. Won’t be ordering again.
