Scooter worked great as I zipped around the casino and hotel
It was very helpful, to have the scooter available. I used valet parking, and simply walked across the Grand Pequot hotel lobby with my cane. The scooter was easily accessible and was SO HELPFUL to use. Well worth the cost, and it made the day far more enjoyable. I’d do it again, in a heartbeat. Much quicker than walking, with much better speed for these, than the ones you would get at big-box store-supplied carts. I explored far more of the casino than I would have, with walking.
Please make sure the concierge explains the correct operation of the scooter including how to charge the unit. Thank you
Extremely easy to set-up a reservation and pick-up. I was able to enjoy my stay without having to worry about having to walk or stand too long. Best thing I did!
