I have always had really good luck with them until this recent weekend. The first scooter wasn't there when I got there girl at the desk went and got me one and the battery died right there in the lobby they brought me another one while I was in one of the casino sections playing the game the whole steering column fell off I went and got another one about 3 hours later the battery died on that one in the meantime I missed two things that I was scheduled to do. I was so disappointed in the scooter, the right arm was broken and it hesitated before it would move, also the seat was far away from the handle grips. The man at the counter at the Fox Tower was nice but didn't work for Scoot a Long and didn't have any other scooters. Why would you rent an old crappy scooter. This is the first time I had a problem and I hope when I rent one in August it will be on good condition.
