Bought my first Vespa yesterday and couldn't be happier. I went for the GTS Supertech. Thank you to Karen and Amadeu for being so attentive and helpful, genuinely the highest level of service and care for their product and people! I already loved the Vespa brand and it goes a long way for the team to spend the amount of time they did and go the extra mile ensuring everything was perfect. Thank you!
I've been to this shop and few times ,and every visit has been expensive with questionable repair suggestions .Most recently ,they tried to convince me I needed multiple parts replaced . I got a second opinion,and none of it was necessary. Feels like they're just trying to rip people off .Avoid if you want honest service .
Love this place, always leave with a smile on my face, normally brought about by the straight talking Karen who will never 'sit on the fence'. Good service, friendly mechanics and i dont think their prices are too far off the mark either. Please support this business, they deserve it.

Fantastic service. Really considerate (not assuming prior knowledge), proactive, intuitive, and all with a sense of humour. The only interruption came when a long-established customer came in to bring Karen some home-baked bread - that probably says everything about how their customers see them!
