The experience was very easy and all questions were answered immediately.
Everything was smooth sailing with Scootaround, we ordered it for my Husband, so walking around town would not be a Hassle! He was able to get off and on at Ports with Ease.
The scootaround I rented was as promised, fully charged, and right there at the front door going on to the ship. I could not have asked for a better time while on the boat. I used it all week long, took it of the ship at 3 of our port of calls. The boat staff was very friendly and helpful when asked for there help getting up or down the disembarking ramp. The Scootaround was very easy to use as it works like the ones in grocery stores. It made my vacation 100 times easier because I could not have walked around the cruise ship without it. Great radius turning.
Excellent service, easy pickup and drop off. Scooter performed as advertised, no problems getting around the ship or navigating the island and Coco Cay. Highly recommend this company
