A great experience in using the scooter on a cruise. Speed of use was very good. Charging every night was great for battery held up very good. Had no worries for a first time user. Was very impressed of quality while using it. Highly recommend. It was easy to receive before departing for cruise as well as the return. Additional comment while using the scooter. Very good process of being able to pick the scooter up and drop it off at the dock for a Carnival cruise.
The pickup of the scooter could not have been easier, it was right near the entrance to the cruise terminal. Drop off was just as easy right outside the cruise terminal. The turning radius on this scooter was amazing. Very easy to drive ! But the best thing was the battery usage. I would use it all day and the battery meter barely moved. Great battery ! Overall a great rental !

Easy rental process from start to finish, port associates were friendly and helpful. Had a small hiccup with scooter once onboard, the staff on Celebrity Apex were able to resolve. Access to stateroom was adequate, FYI request a door stop from stateroom attendant. Will definitely rent again.
