The scooter was very easy to pick up and return. Charging was easy. Driving around the ship was easy and getting off the ship for tours was great. I highly recommend Scootaround. 😊
We rented an oxygen concentrator from Scootaround for our cruise. It was in the room when we arrived. We had 2 waiting for us. I was concern about the second one but after contacting the company they explained to me it was a backup if something happened to the first one. They did responsed back with one hour of asking the question. The only concern I had was with the cruise ship telling me I had to go and check to make sure it was in the room.
