I had a Great experience with Scootaround. It was Great picking up the Scooter before getting on the ship. That way I did not have to stand a long time, or walk a long distance getting on the ship.
Picking up the rental was very easy outside the port. Communication was excellent and the equipment was ready. Returning the equipment was also a very easy experience. The staff was friendly and the scooters were in excellent shape.
Rented a scooter for my mom. Easy to reserve. Excellent communication pre-cruise. Scooter in good working condition. Easy to pick up and leave in stateroom at end of cruise. Looking forward to next rental with Scootaround.
Highly recommend. Good equipment and friendly, helpful staff. Easy on and off the ship.
My Scootaround experience was awesome. No problems at all. My representative brought my scooter to me at my car at the port, which was great. He explained how to use my scooter. Returning the scooter was easy. I will most definitely rent again.
