The rental of my scooteround from the PortCanaveral location, went without any problems.
Scootaround staff was amazing from start to finish. It took all of 5 minutes for me to get my scooter upon arrival. Carnival had elevator issues during departure and I had to leave the scooter in the customs area, Scootaround customer service was gracious enough to come pick up the scooter. They will always receive a 10 out of 10 from me!
Ready for your trip easy pick up and drop off at the front of the ship. Very nice person who helped me out. From Long Beach, California!
Service was great!
The scooter was perfect for getting around the ship! Small enough for easy access to elevators and our room yet big enough to feel sturdy. Had problems with the charger cord not working so the scooter wouldn't charge while on the ship and Guest Relations had one for me to use the rest of our time. Worked perfectly and they were super helpful. Easy pick up and return! Will definitely be using them again.
