My scooter was waiting for me at the terminal. My porter retrieved it for me when I checked my luggage and I was on my way. The scooter was easy to handle and my charger was in the basket attached to the front of the scooter. I would definitely recommend renting this scooter for a cruise because it's a lot of walking. The only drawback is you are limited on the excursions that accept scooters. I will definitely rent one for all of my cruises because it was truly worth it.

Staff were polite and helpful. Pick up and return locations were easily located. Upon return, a staff member offered to walk with us to the parking garage, so that I wouldn’t have to walk a long distance to get back to our car.
This company made this trip possible. We took my mother in law on a cruise for Mother’s Day on one of the largest cruise ships in the world. She had a ball! Without the scooter she would never have been able to get around. The process was so easy and convenient. Once you order your scooter online you pick it up at the cruise terminal.
