Rented a Hoyer lift for my daughter for our Disney Cruise. I was told Hoyer would be in room by 2pm. At 2:45pm contacted Scootaround and they could not tell me what was going on. Once I received the Hoyer lift it was broke. By this time the ship had left and we were in the middle of the ocean. Scoot around never called me back. They did not leave an extra on the ship. Second year we rented one for the State Fair. Very nice staff and quick service!
I used scootaround scooter on a 12 day southern carribbean cruise. We visited 6 ports of call. Had to go from one end of the ship to the other several times a day. Walking would've been exhausting but riding my scooter was fun and got me where I needed to be very quickly. I cruise often and I always use a scooter from scootaround.
