I ordered and pay for a deluxe and I was told that they wanted to switch me to one that works with my weight and that they gave me one of equal value. When they brought me the scooter it is one worse than I have at home. I payed $400.00 for a scooter this size and it had better seat and has 4 wheels. This one was has 3 wheels. I should have just brought my one and saved my money. This one sucks compared to a delux model. Just very disappointed 😞
Constant spam calls. I never have any interaction with this company and never give permission for them to call.
Both times that I have rented my scooter for my cruise has been a blessing and when I have an issue, or a problem the office staff is very prompt about getting my answers and or resolved (BIG shout out to Alycia and Casandra!). I have already booked my scooter for my next cruise. AWESOME 😊! Don't know what I would do without them especially since they are at the port. Scootaround Company is an awesome company to work with. From start to finish, they answered my questions quickly. The scooter was waiting in the cruise room at arrival. Upon departure, the company had a specific area designated for the returns. For anyone in need of a scooter, this is the company to use.
