We have rented a scooter for several years from Scootaround Powered by Will. They are an excellent company to work with. They are friendly and responsive. We had a battery issue with the first scooter and they replaced it immediately with a new scooter so our vacation was not interrupted at all! I will always recommend this company to family and friends!
Scootaround pick up/ drop off was extremely easy. Great customer service. The chair itself worked great. No problem at all. Battery life great. I will be renting again. Thanks
I highly recommend this company if your in need of a scooter. Reserving was an easy process. They delivered it to the ship and when I got off I was able to go to the transportation area and the ships crew took it back for me. Very professional and I will use this company everytime when I cruise. I had no problems at all.
