Using this scooter was easy to figure out considering there were no instructions on how to use it. It was reliable and met my needs. The speed options were great (very slow up to very fast).

This was my first scooter rental for a cruise ship. The scooter was in excellent condition. Scooter was in the stateroom by noon therefore much earlier than the scheduled 2PM. Will be renting again in 2 weeks for a Galveston cruise. Scootaround is now my go-to rental provider.

This was the first time I rented a scooter and it was great. I have used a walker prior to this cruise and it had become very hard to get around on ship. I was very limited in my activities. With the scooter I was able to have more enjoyment. I will definitely use it for my next cruise.

If you get tired from walking to far get a scooter. It’s the only way to go. It really helps with doing the things you want to do. I would recommend this to everyone who has trouble walking very far.

Such an easy experience, scooter was ready to go, attendant was so sweet and helpful. Return was just as easy, they made it so easy to let us bring to parking structure and they offer to bring back for you. t Scooter had no issues on our cruise. A definite for someone in need of a scooter rental.
