Our personal scooter died and they were so helpful at Port Long Beach cruise terminal. They even kept the old scooter for us until we returned. The rental scooter was perfect!
Easy to rent and obtain. Clean and in excellent condition
I rented a scooter in Las Vegas it was delivered on time and it worked perfectly.
Using this scooter was easy to figure out considering there were no instructions on how to use it. It was reliable and met my needs. The speed options were great (very slow up to very fast).
This was my first scooter rental for a cruise ship. The scooter was in excellent condition. Scooter was in the stateroom by noon therefore much earlier than the scheduled 2PM. Will be renting again in 2 weeks for a Galveston cruise. Scootaround is now my go-to rental provider.
