Our Scootaround experience could not have been easier. After an unfortunate ACL injury, we weren't sure how we could possibly manage our Disneyland vacation. We found Scootaround and they were a lifesaver! The scooter was in our hotel lobby when we arrived, fully charged. I took a Carnival cruise trip and the scooter operated flawlessly. I reserved a standard cabin with 22" wide doorway. It was a little tricky getting the 21" scooter in and out of the room but with skill and patience worked out ok. Also getting in/out of the elevator took some patience due to a few people with no courtesy for the handicap. The staff for scoot around was friendly and helpful..

My husband used Scootaround for our 8 day cruise. The process was so easy. They delivered and picked up right from our state room. The battery lasted all day when we were at port and barely needed to be charged. We got the 4 wheel scooter and it just fit in our cabin. Would definitely use it again!

Best decision ever! I was able to enjoy my cruise without pain. It was so easy! Even helped on and off the ship. Loved that I was able to remove the arms to get it in my cabin. The cruise line let me borrow a door stop... huge help.
