Being my first time rental at Seattle I didn't know what to expect in meeting up with my rental scooter. Scootaround's informative directions in their emails made securing my scooter simple. As always, it has been delightful to know that the scooter is ready to go, and in ten cruise rentals from diffferent ports I have had no issues. Turning in the scooter was the high point. Great service. Easy access, close to the terminal. It was literally a zip in, zip out situation. I will definitely rent again.
The instructions for pick up and return sent by the company were incorrect. They stated that the scooter would be in the cabin and was to left there upon return. The scooter itself was easy to use and worked well in the tight spaces on the ship
