I rented a scooter to get around for a national convention of approximately 12-15 thousand attendees. There was virtually no shuttle bus service to go from my hotel to the convention center. The scooter was delivered on time and worked well throughout the meeting. I can walk but I cannot walk long distances any more because of a serious flesh-eating bacteria infection of my leg from which I lost much muscle and soft tissue in that leg. First time user, the delivered direct to the hotel and picked up from there as well. There was a small issue with a wheel fender that came loose from the cobbled streets so the ride was louder than expected yet the suspension was decent so I wasn't as jostled by the street as I have been by other mobility devices.
The scooter was great it was in good working condition and the battery charge was good and very easy to hook up and charge I usually bring my own when I travel but I will use scooter round for now on.
