We left out of the Manhattan cruise port and had rented a scooter for our cruise. The scooter was conveniently located just inside the terminal. The pick-up could not have been any easier. The ease in reserving one was also smooth. We were so glad to have the scooter on the ship. I would definitely recommend Scootaround to others.
The Scootaround allowed me much more mobility and freedom to move about on my cruise. As a result, I was able to enjoy the cruise even more. I am so thankful I rented it. Not my first time renting it and will not be my last .
Scootaround, made the rental process simple! It was waiting in the room as promised all fully charged. We did call just to verify recharging, and the customer service was excellent!
The scooter was in our stateroom as promised. Once we had assistance from the crew as to how to get it moving , it was "clear sailing from that point on. It was great that every night the crew took the scoot to charge for us, giving us the room we needed in our stateroom.
