This is not the first time that I've rented a scooter. My only issue is I would prefer a four-wheel scooter because the three-wheel scooter tips over on occasion. When I asked for a four wheel scooter. They told me they were unavailable for rental. Also it needs a larger basket. The battery apparatus takes up most of the basket so you can't put any personal items in it
2 time using this company no complaints....on time delivery will use them again
The service was fine. But my scooter broke down and the back up kept losing its charge. And I didn't know I was supposed to notify the company. I didn't read the multiple page contact and should of had the crew notify the company
It was very helpful.
If I could get it no stars I would. I booked a motorized recliner rental back in October. The day before the rental was supposed to take place, I get a call saying "sorry, we don't have one." I wish someone who explain to me how someone can confirm something, take money for payment, and the day before it is needed, go "oops". So unreliable! The agent who was assigned to the case offered just a regular recliner, but claimed to be "talking with other companies who we could rent one out to and would call me back" I called THEM ... read more
