Huge Mistake – Initially when I was PAYING for my scooter they were all friendly and whatever I needed, just let them know! Now that my scooter has problems, I can't get them to return my calls in a timely manner! Then when I do talk with them, they are short with me and seem to take offense when I ask questions. Biggest mistake I've made in a very long time in dealing/buying from them. I now have to fix my scooter so I can get rid of it! (I've only had it for 7 weeks, also!!!)
Friendly and reliable. Excellant repair shop, well located. If you want to have some fun and rent a bike or buy one, this is the place to do it in Seattle. Enjoy!
