Very uptight, no laughter or fun , which is crazy because they sell ice cream . It should be a fun environment. The staff is rude and very unwelcoming and didnt even seem to care that they were giving there customers a bad experience. We will never come here again and I live here so I will do everything I can to pass on this information infact I will hold fundraiser to do my best to affect this company with the proceeds. We walked here after having dinner at Snoopy's. We were really confused how a restaurant doesn't offer its customers prices of their products before ordering? We asked if we could see prices and the girls behind the counter seemed very confused. We left in search of somewhere else that's local.
As island locals, we’ve gone to this ice cream shop a few times, but our recent visit a few days ago was by far the best one yet thanks to an employee Khloe. The shop was packed and the atmosphere seemed pretty overwhelming, but Khloe handled the rush completely on her own and did an amazing job. She was calm, professional, and made our experience so much nicer, she was so sweet. We really appreciate her hard work especially as someone who works in hospitality.
