Literally locked their doors ten minutes early before closing. Lost out on almost 15 customers, and there were A LOT of sad kiddos. The kids were even knocking on the door window, and the workers wouldn’t even turn to look. So rude.
We were finishing up dinner and planned to head over there after and as we were walking up they locked the doors (this was at 8:46 they were supposed to close at 9). They saw all the kids at the door and just acted like they didn’t. They missed out on 2 other groups of people that walked up shortly after us. Big disappointment and some sad kiddos!
Ice cream is always good Hot latte was served in a plastic cup w plastic straw, milk was not foamed, waste of 4.99$
