We have been using this service for awhile now (since March) without really any issues. I was upset when they changed the day without asking as when I signed up it was a different day (it worked with our lawncare and luckily our lawncare was accommodating and changed days). One day the guy came to the door and knocked because the dogs were outside and I was dealing with our infant.. We absolutely love Scoops! We have had the weekly bucket service about 3 years now as well as have them do our spring yard waste clean up. Kevar and Ashley are absolutely a pleasure to work with and they always deliver the best customer service. They love our dogs as much as we do! Last summer we had to put our oldest dog down. He had lived a long happy life but his daily pain and struggles were a lot. We had informed Scoops so that they would only leave on treat as opposed to two. We have been using Scoops for about a year now and we couldn't be more happy with the service! We have a large yard and 4 kids that like to use the yard and it is so amazing to be able to have it "picked up"! When Kevar is out at our house, he is always diligent and also friendly if we happen to see him. Anytime we have ever had to contact Scoops for any reason, they have been very prompt in their response.
I have a couple of medium sized dogs, and one giant one who leaves giant poops. In addition, I have a really bad knee, so Scoops has been a lifesaver. They come weekly, they are very reliable, and the yard is always clean. If they have to change their day of service, they always let me know. I would recommend them to anyone who can’t manage this chore of dog ownership.
I used Scoops for about 2 years and then we moved out of the service area. Let me just say, I miss Kevar and Ashley's service SO MUCH. We have multiple dogs, foster for a local rescue and dog sit fairly frequently. I consider myself very lucky to have had such a reliable service from Kevar & Ashley for so long. We love Scoops! We have three large dogs and a big backyard. We started using Scoops this fall and their service is top notch! It is so nice not having to worry about picking up. We have the weekly service and couldn't be happier with it! And the dogs love it when they see the Scoops truck pull up - they know that means Kevar left treats for them in the mailbox :)
