Sickening they have employees working in such terrible conditions. Too hot, can’t eat in there with getting heat exhaustion.
From the moment we walked in, it was a miserable experience. The AC was broken and it was beyond hot in the store. The one guy working did not smile, welcome us in, ask what we wanted or anything. He didn’t give us spoons or napkins ( napkins were empty at every single table). For such a cute town, the customer service was seriously lacking.
When scoops first opened it was great! Since new ownership took over it has gone downhill. We went a few months ago and it was so hot in the store. Well we went this afternoon and the AC still has not been fixed several months later. There was also a very limited amount of flavors, with many not being kid friendly. Also all the napkin dispensers were empty. When I asked about napkins, the sweet girl gave me paper towels and said that’s all she had. I’m sad to see this precious shop decline. Disappointing for our little town!
This establishment has no AC. Ice Cream melts before you can enjoy it. It’s over 100 degrees in there and I feel so bad for the employees to work there and not have a/c. Shame Shame Shame!!
